Justine Doss MSN, FNP-C

Meet Justine — Owner & Founder of RevIVe Hydration

Justine is the visionary behind RevIVe Hydration. She’s married and a proud mom of two beautiful little girls. Outside of work, she loves staying active, running, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Her nursing journey began at The University of Michigan, where she graduated in 2015. While in school, she gained early clinical experience within the Beaumont system. After graduation, she spent two years as a NICU RN in Detroit, caring for the tiniest and most fragile patients. Always eager to grow, Justine transitioned to Labor & Delivery, where she spent the next three years supporting mothers through some of life’s most meaningful moments.

Driven by her passion for learning, she returned to the University of Michigan to complete her MSN, and has been practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner since November 2020.

In 2022, Justine took a bold and inspiring step by founding RevIVe Hydration. Her path reflects a deep commitment to health, wellness, and compassionate care. From nurturing newborns to empowering adults through innovative IV hydration therapies, her mission has always been the same: to help people feel their best.

Justine’s story is one of continuous growth, dedication, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the well‑being of others.

Ireland; Medical Esthetician

Meet Ireland!! Ireland is a well‑spoken, highly knowledgeable esthetician who delivers exceptional results. She has earned multiple certifications and trained at several well‑known, reputable schools—bringing both skill and passion to every service she provides.

Ireland is available by appointment only on Mondays, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays from 10-6 and Wednesday from 8-12 and Saturdays 9-1.

Her services will include brow tinting and waxing, brow lamination, lash tints and lifts; dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling, facials, IPL laser treatments, laser hair removal, and MORE!!!

One of Ireland’s favorite parts of her work is helping clients build effective at‑home treatment plans—especially those navigating acne. Her goal is always to help you feel confident, supported, and glowing.

Amanda BSN, RN

Meet Amanda! Amanda is an exceptional RN with a deep passion for health and wellness. She has been a registered nurse since 2006, dedicating the majority of her career to labor and delivery—caring for mothers and their most precious little ones with skill, compassion, and heart.

Since joining RevIVe in 2024, Amanda has continued to shine as a true asset to our team. Her commitment to patient care and her calming presence make every visit a positive experience.

Whether you're looking for an IV infusion or an injection, Amanda is here to help you feel your best. You can find her in the clinic on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.

Alex MSN, RN

Meet Alex! Alex is an outstanding RN with a true passion for health and wellness. She has been a registered nurse since 2015 and went on to earn her MSN in 2022. Much of her career has been spent in travel nursing, specializing in Emergency Room care—bringing adaptability, quick thinking, and exceptional clinical skill to every setting she enters.

Her journey has taken her across Michigan, Florida, and Kentucky, where she has cared for patients in a wide range of fast‑paced environments.

Now, Alex is excited to bring her expertise to RevIVe, where she’s ready to support you during your next visit for a vitamin infusion or injection.

Shannon BSN, RN

Meet Shannon! Shannon has been a dedicated Labor & Delivery Nurse since 2006 and is now expanding her passion for care into a new realm of wellness. As a proud mother of three, she brings warmth, compassion, and a steady hand to everything she does. When she’s not caring for patients, you’ll often find her refurbishing furniture and bringing new life to old pieces.

Shannon is also a three-time Daisy Award recipient at Henry Ford—an incredible testament to her skill, heart, and commitment to exceptional patient care.

We’re thrilled to welcome her to RevIVe and can’t wait to see the impact she’ll make.

Lily BSN, RN

Meet Lily! Lily may be one of our younger RNs, but she brings an impressive depth of knowledge and dedication to every patient she cares for. She earned her BSN from Oakland University in 2022 and immediately stepped into the fast‑paced world of Labor & Delivery.

After gaining valuable experience there, Lily spent time working in an IVF clinic before finding her niche in outpatient care, specifically in Pre‑Op and Post‑Op at a Digestive Center.

Lily is known for her meticulous attention to detail, her commitment to cleanliness, and her strong adherence to policies and procedures—qualities that have earned her Charge RN roles early in her career.
